Part-Time Patient Coordinator – Busy Chiropractic & Massage Clinic
We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our team for 12-15 hours/week. The current schedule is Monday 12pm-6:30pm, Thursday 9:30am-3pm, and one Saturday AM per month. While these hours are fixed, we are open to discussing minor adjustments based on availability. Flexibility to add or adjust hours as clinic needs evolve is required, as well as dependability.

Duties include:
- Patient coordination, scheduling, referrals, and patient communication via phone, text, and email
- Administrative support for our providers
- Patient check-out, payment processing, document scanning, simple billing tasks, and clinic housekeeping
- Insurance information input and verification (training available, but experience helpful)
- Prioritization of patient privacy in line with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Must thrive and be confident in a quick-paced, public-facing workplace
- Ability to multi-task accurately in an environment with frequent interruptions
- Strong attention to detail and resourcefulness absolutely necessary
- Must enjoy interacting with and serving people
- Quick learner and tech-savvy
- Inquisitive and self-sufficient
- Strong communication skills and sense of accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs/Sheets, and Canva
- Experience with chiropractic care or an appreciation for a healthy lifestyle is preferred to provide an optimal patient experience
Compensation: $16-18/hr, or based on experience. PTO earned after 80 hours worked.
