Here is what we provide :
- Consistent work year-round with optional 7-day work week.
- Competitive pay scales - our average crew earns $390,000 with 500 jobs per year. Top crews earn $775,000 a year and run more than 800 jobs per year.
- Installation crews are paid every Friday morning.
- Materials custom-measured by our project management staff for each project and ready for pick up for each installation in our one stop shop.
- Dumpsters for old windows / doors at the facility for next morning disposal at no charge.
- Support from a Thompson Creek Project Manager to address any issues on the job site.
