Requirements : In-depth understanding of Disability Insurance products. Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow advisors. Specialization in DI sales by forming partnerships with financial professionals. Offering guidance to boost sales and identify business growth opportunities. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Disability Insurance sales in a risk management and planning setting. Active Life and Health insurance license required.
Compensation and Benefits : Competitive compensation package, including base salary, bonuses, commissions, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan. Base salary commensurate with experience, with performance-based incentives included
Compensation :
120,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities :
- Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs
- Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and pursue insurance sales with new clients by using sales strategies that may include cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met
- Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients
- Identify business and individual markets for lead generation and business development
- Provide training and collaborate for joint work opportunities with other advisors
