Program Integrator (Integration Ops) is responsible for ensuring the successful integration of multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Requires a deep understanding of program management principles, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and coordination among various teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement integration plans to align multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders
- Identify and document stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns in a stakeholder management matrix/plan
- Provide input to program teams on programmatic integration-related matters
- Identify, assess, and recommend mitigations or capture plans for integrated related risks/opportunities.
- Facilitate communication and coordination amongst product teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Develop, measure, analyze, and improve processes and procedures related to Integrated Fires program integration
- Document and present integration-related plans, status, outcomes in professional reports and presentation materials
- Capture lessons learned and support know1edge management efforts across the Integrated Fires program integration space
Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:
- DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in missile defense.
- Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes
Required Experience:
- Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications:
- Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, project management, business, etc.); advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management, specifically in the defense industry with a focus on missile defense systems.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
