Program Integrator (Operations) is responsible for providing operational support to the Program Integration team, focusing on developing presentation materials, papers, talking points, and knowledge management products
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality presentation materials, including slides, briefings, and handouts to support integrated fires initiatives and engagements.
- Develop, edit, and staff/coordinate integrated fires papers, reports, and documents Prepare talking points and other communication media to support integrated fires messaging, presentations, and stakeholder engagements (internal and external)
- Support and maintain the Integrated Fires knowledge management system to capture, organization, and share program information including lessons learned, best practices, and directorate content.
- Coordinate the collection, review, tagging/naming, and organization of Integrated Fires information to ensure timely and accurate access to the latest information
- Provide support related to inquiries, information requests, and communication between stakeholders, program teams, and Integrated Fires
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned
Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:
- DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in missile defense.
Required Experience:
- Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications:
- Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, project management, business, etc.); advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management, specifically in the defense industry with a focus on missile defense systems.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
