What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist position at Thompson Health?
Schedule: Full time - Monday - Friday
Required job specific competencies:

- Demonstrates the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Actively guards the confidentiality of sensitive information including but not limited to associates, patients, and the health system.
- Proactively and creatively assesses client’s needs to insure that services are high quality and cost effective.
- Demonstrates skill in interpretation of Human Resource policies, regulations and laws.
- Exhibits ability to function effectively with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis.
- Requires ability to work in offsite locations as needed.
- Lives the CARES values at all times.
Qualifications:
- PHR or SPHR preferred.
Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required, or some college courses and commensurate experience in HR.
- Requires at least two years previous human resources experience.
- Prefer experience in a healthcare environment.
- Experience in compensation administration a plus.
Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Starting Rate: Based on experience
