Responsibilities

 What You’ll Be Stirring Up:

 

  • Posting engaging job ads that grab attention like a sizzling skillet
  • Sourcing top-tier candidates with a mix of creativity and hustle
  • Reviewing applications like a master chef inspecting produce
  • Conducting video interviews that feel like coffee chats
  • Submitting candidates that WOW our hiring managers
  • Scheduling interviews with leadership (from Managers to the CEO!)
  • Extending verbal offers and creating written ones with flair
  • Updating recruitment dashboards and reports like a data ninja
  • Refreshing job ads to keep them as fresh as our ingredients
  • Attending job fairs and turning strangers into future stars
  • Partnering closely with our awesome HR and Ops teams
  • Being the go-to talent matchmaker for all things hospitality!

Qualifications

Your Secret Sauce:

  • 2 years of recruiting experience in contract food service or hospitality
  • A proven knack for working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Stellar communication skills—you’re the kind of person people want to talk to
  • A mix of professionalism, people skills, and positivity
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • You love juggling multiple tasks (and keep the plates spinning like a pro)

 

 Bonus Points If You:

  • Know your way around culinary, food service, or facilities hiring
  • Have attended or hosted job fairs like a recruiting rockstar
  • Bring creativity to your sourcing strategies and interview style
  • Can talk food trends and staffing plans in the same breath
