Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Stirring Up:
- Posting engaging job ads that grab attention like a sizzling skillet
- Sourcing top-tier candidates with a mix of creativity and hustle
- Reviewing applications like a master chef inspecting produce
- Conducting video interviews that feel like coffee chats
- Submitting candidates that WOW our hiring managers
- Scheduling interviews with leadership (from Managers to the CEO!)
- Extending verbal offers and creating written ones with flair
- Updating recruitment dashboards and reports like a data ninja
- Refreshing job ads to keep them as fresh as our ingredients
- Attending job fairs and turning strangers into future stars
- Partnering closely with our awesome HR and Ops teams
- Being the go-to talent matchmaker for all things hospitality!
Qualifications
Your Secret Sauce:
- 2 years of recruiting experience in contract food service or hospitality
- A proven knack for working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Stellar communication skills—you’re the kind of person people want to talk to
- A mix of professionalism, people skills, and positivity
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- You love juggling multiple tasks (and keep the plates spinning like a pro)

- Know your way around culinary, food service, or facilities hiring
