Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef in preparing authentic Southern dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Assist in kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and compliance with Southern culinary standards.
  • Contribute to menu innovation, infusing the rich flavors of New Orleans cuisine into our offerings.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to kitchen staff, fostering their growth in Southern cooking.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, strictly following food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in Southern cuisine-focused restaurants.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification.
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure culinary environment.
