We’re looking for an individual who embodies the luxury lifestyle experience, someone who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, overseeing the floor operations of our rooftop bar. As a Food & Beverage Floor Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth flow of service, lead the team to deliver exceptional VIP experiences, and maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all guests receive top-tier service. This role emphasizes leadership, attention to detail, and a seamless coordination of service during high-profile events.

Hourly role: The hourly rate for this position starts at $27.62 with an increase to $28.12 after 90 days.
Hourly roles with five-year rates: The hourly starting rate for this position is $28.12. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who remain in the position for five years, which is an additional $0.50
Hourly roles with seven year rates: The hourly starting rate for this position is $28.12. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who remain in the position for seven years, which is an additional $0.75
Hourly roles with ten year rates: The hourly starting rate for this position is $28.12. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who remain in the position for ten years, which is an additional $1.00

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and VIP client relations.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak service times or high-profile events.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in a Food & Beverage setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic administrative tasks, such as inventory management and shift scheduling
