The 3-meal dining venue includes an expanded 1-acre pool deck serving hotel guests and residents, luxury cabanas, private event spaces, indoor-outdoor dining areas and the best views of downtown. The Sol 7 Outlets Manager is leading the operations as the Department Manager, providing oversight to the F&B Supervisor and the Front of House team. This position reports to the Sol 7 General Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Direct oversight of Sol 7 Restaurant, Lounge, In Room Dining, and Pool Service. Oversight of operations in other hotel venues may be applicable, as necessary.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all systems; including Point of Sales, reservations, timekeeping, tip tracking, payroll, private party
- Comply and enhance all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
- Provide exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction with dining experiences.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, according to Health Department
- Ensure effective hiring, training, and continuous recruitment.
- Develop, lead, and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service, ensuring employee satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions, both short and long-term planning.
- Develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment
- Order, Inventory, and maintain proper pars according to purchasing department guidelines and budget
- Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine and leadership to create exceptional culinary and guest experiences.
- Maintain complete knowledge and strictly abide by Texas TABC rules and regulations
- Oversee beverage program with cocktail creation, unique beverage offerings with concise recipes, and consistent quality per standards.
Promote positive work relationships with colleagues and other departments.
