Summary
The Pool Supervisor is responsible for supervising operations of Food & Beverage Outlets to deliver excellent guest and colleagues experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met. Some tasks you will be expected to perform are (but not limited to):
- Supervise Food & Beverage operations including Restaurant, Lounge, Room Service, and Pool Service
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Assist F&B management with training and development of team members
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Lead the team during the shifts to ensure excellent guest service
- Assist with payroll and scheduling
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred
- Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
