Seeking a motivated Operation Manager to oversee the Parts & Service depts in our Dock & Door Dept.
Job Summary:
The Operation Manager will oversee daily operations, managing and developing service technicians and parts personnel, maintaining cost control, working with sales and admin teams to support customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skilled in creating a productive work environment by supervising employees, organizing work, prioritizing tasks and providing training support
- Superior communication, both oral and written, with strong customer service
- Planning and scheduling techniques, develop and implementing short and long term goals
- In depth knowledge of products and/or services
- Data gathering, information analysis, problem solving and report preparation
- Familiar with principles of human resources and project management , ability to be calm and supporting
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management or a related field and 5-7 years of progressive supervisory and managerial experience
- Experience in Dock & Door industry strongly preferred
