Operation Manager

Seeking a motivated Operation Manager to oversee the Parts & Service depts in our Dock & Door Dept.

The Operation Manager will oversee daily operations, managing and developing service technicians and parts personnel, maintaining cost control, working with sales and admin teams to support customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skilled in creating a productive work environment by supervising employees, organizing work, prioritizing tasks and providing training support
• Superior communication, both oral and written, with strong customer service
• Planning and scheduling techniques, develop and implementing short and long term goals
• In depth knowledge of products and/or services
• Data gathering, information analysis, problem solving and report preparation
• Familiar with principles of human resources and project management , ability to be calm and supporting

• Bachelors degree in Business, Management or a related field and 5-7 years of progressive supervisory and managerial experience
• Experience in Dock & Door industry strongly preferred
