As an Attorney at Thompson Law you will be able to:

Qualifications:
- 3-7 years' experience, preferably, with at least 2 years of personal injury (PI) related experience, whether on the plaintiff or defense side of the docket.
- Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary. This role will require the hands-on management of many cases and firm employees. You will have the opportunity to work with and grow yourself and your team for the benefit of our clients.
- Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
- Licensed and in good standing with the bar of the state you are applying for.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in one of these languages: Spanish, Chinese/Cantonese, Tagalog, Armenian, Persian dialects, Korean, etc.
- Personal injury litigation experience.
- Engaging, straightforward, and committed to advocating for others.
