Responding to calls efficiently and accurately, including addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and performing other administrative duties.

Available Schedules:
- Sunday-Thursday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Monday-Saturday 7:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Minimum Qualifications:
- Entry to mid-level experience with 2-4 years in a heavy phone and administrative environment such as a contact center or medical office.
- Proficient computer and administrative skills.
- Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary.
- Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
- REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Other languages considered for the position: Chinese-Mandarin/Cantonese, Tagalog, Vietnamese.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Intake Paralegal experience.
- Personal injury law firm experience.
Total Compensation Package:
- Base pay depending on experience Bonus
