We are looking for dynamic attorneys who understand the importance of client service, the complexities of medical treatment in personal injury cases, and have the desire to help lead a team shepherding our clients through this process.
As the first Attorney in our first Los Angeles region office you will have the opportunity to:
- Support and collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal staff as this new firm location expands.
- Start in pre-lit during build-up of cases and then move into litigation to have a full understanding of how Thompson Law runs.
- Grow with a firm that is expanding nationally with opportunities for boundless professional advancement.
- Have a competitive comprehensive bonus structure paid out MONTHLY.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years' experience, preferably, with at least 3 years of personal injury (PI) related experience, whether on the plaintiff or defense side of the docket.
- Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary. This role will require the hands-on management of many cases and firm employees. You will have the opportunity to work with and grow yourself and your team for the benefit of our clients.
- Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish speaking.
- Personal injury litigation experience.
- Engaging, straightforward, and committed to advocating for others.
