We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney for our Los Angeles office.

You will be a part of a fast-paced team environment and will have all the needed support to allow you to focus on the proper work-up of all cases in preparation for settlement or hand-off to the litigation team. The position will have a dedicated pre-litigation team assisting on all cases, including intake assistants, paralegals, medical records specialists, lien specialists, negotiators, and even staff specialized in documenting the close-out of settled cases. We need someone who can exemplify the heart, drive, excitement, and pure, honest buy-in that all employees at Thompson Law Injury Lawyers believe daily.

Total Compensation Package:

• Base pay starts at $150,000-$200,000. But aside from showing up for your base pay, the real opportunities lie in your guaranteed bonuses – paid MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY - and the opportunity for unlimited performance-based bonuses. Total compensation is limited only by your ambition to build, grow, and produce results for our clients

Qualifications:

• 10 years' experience, preferably, with at least 3 years of personal injury-related experience, whether on the plaintiff or defense side of the docket
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
• Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary. This role will require the hands-on management of many cases and firm employees. You will have the opportunity to work with and grow yourself and your team for the benefit of our clients
• Engaging, straightforward, and committed to advocating for others
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
