- Generate leads through various channels, including outbound and inbound phone calls, website forms, and email campaigns.
- Respond promptly to all leads received via website forms, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass them on to the appropriate sales team members through Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Re-establish, qualify, and maintain contact with small- to medium-sized customers to increase sales of parts and service solutions and to sell equipment to retail customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand all product divisions, while effectively collaborating with all levels of the organization to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead funnel and conversion rates.
- Measure success in lead generation, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect the effectiveness of your efforts.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- Participate in Teams meetings and training sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in lead generation or inside sales.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Result-oriented, self-directed with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Possess a high degree of professionalism, adaptability, and integrity.
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
