This is a full-time, on-site role located in Albuquerque, NM, for a Leasing Specialist. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and current residents, handling lease agreements, and ensuring resident retention through excellent customer service. Daily tasks include showing properties to prospective tenants, managing lease documentation, and addressing resident inquiries and concerns.
- Experience in Resident Retention and Customer Service
- Proficient in Lease Administration and handling Lease agreements
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate, business, or related field is beneficial
