The Role:
Thompson Rivers Parks & Recreation District’s seeking a fun and energetic individual that can help us provide a healthy, happy community through people, parks, programs and partnerships! This individual’s duties include food prep, customer service, cash handling, inventory control, merchandise and supply restocking and facility upkeep.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Must arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time. Earlier if setup is required.
- Greet the public and answers questions in person.
- Food preparation and service in accordance with Weld County Health Department regulations and guidelines.
- Correctly operating all food service equipment.
- Proper food handling procedures.
- Accurate count of start-up and ending cash drawer.
- Accurate change counting.
- Accurate sales transaction.
- Communicate with other staff and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Complete weekly inventory sheets.
- Restocking of merchandise.
- Daily and continuous cleaning of concession stands common areas and equipment.
- Trash removal from concession stands.
- Any other related duty as assigned by the Facility Manager.

- Must be 14 years of age or older.
- Knowledge of the Thompson Rivers Parks and Recreation District rules.
- Concise communication skills.
- Accurate cash handling skills.
- Good math skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to collaborate with others, work as a member of a team.
- Ability to handle emergency situations using good judgement.
