Hourly Range: $16.5 -$20.00 per hour
Hiring Range: $16.50-$19.13 per hour

The Role:
As our Pro Shop Attendant at the Mad Russian, your primary focus is to provide a professional, friendly and exceptional golf experience for our guests. If you are a customer service focused, golf loving individual, we’d love to hear from you.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as front line support for guest services in person and via phone inquires.
- Work closely with the Facility Manager and Director of Golf to coordinate the flow of the course.
- Communicate with rangers and starters in regard to new reservations and bookings.
- Perform opening and closing duties related to the golf pro shop.
- Operate POS and Teesheet operational software.
- Manage the sale of snacks and beverages at the cafe inside the pro shop.
- Clean and organize the golf shop and workstation and tag merchandise.
- Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure that alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21.
- Perform other necessary duties as they are assigned.
Desired skills and qualifications
- 18 , must be able to legally sell alcoholic beverages.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette - love of the game a plus!
- Ability to understand and operate a POS system.
- Ability to count money, make change and work credit card systems.
- Ability to read and interpret written documents and manuals.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
- Be a team player - build and maintain a working relationship with the Golf team.
- Flexible schedule - ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, as necessary.
