Job Summary :
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and inventory management in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
Essential Job Functions :
Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.Receiving : Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documents.Inventory Management : Assist with stocking and organizing inventory, conducting regular cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.Loading / Unloading : Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as necessary.Warehouse Organization : Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe by following established safety guidelines and maintaining equipment.Reporting : Complete paperwork, update logs, and maintain records related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.Problem Solving : Troubleshoot order issues and inventory discrepancies as they arise, reporting any concerns to the Warehouse Manager.Equipment Operation : Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.Cross-Training : Work with other departments as needed to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.Experience & Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED required.Previous experience in a warehouse required.Familiar with inventory management and ordering products.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work individually and with a team.Ability to prioritize needs and shift focus quickly.Ability to be flexible and dependable.Ability to learn new computer programs.Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, preferred.Maintains a valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.Physical Requirements :
Position will require utilizing a computer, talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings, standing / walking and being on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, and lifting up to 75 pounds.Could work in a non-air-conditioned environment.We are an equal opportunity employer that welcomes and encourages diversity in the workplace.
