Job Summary
In the Account Executive Trainee position, you will spend time pre-determined by the General Manager working in a variety of departments (three-month rotations) to develop the necessary skills to be a future Sales professional within the organization. Typical job rotations will occur within the Service and Sales areas of the business.

In the Account Executive Trainee position, you will spend time pre-determined by the General Manager working in a variety of departments (three-month rotations) to develop the necessary skills to be a future Sales professional within the organization. - Rotate through field, service and sales positions.
- Develop new skills through educational programs and on-the-job training.
- Meet KPI’s for each job performed throughout the rotational program.
- Assists the Company in developing new business opportunities through cold calls and leads.
- Utilizes CRM technology to document activity and track results.
- Maintains contact with prospects through in-person sales calls and phone block.
- Develops new appointments through prospecting in territory and scheduled phone block sessions to ensure activity and pipeline meet required standards for tenure.
- Assists in Company marketing programs/initiatives, as needed
- Observes and benchmarks with Account Executives and Service Representatives to establish and replicate best practices.
- Consistently installs new business within assigned territory.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- College degree in related field or ability to obtain a related degree within six months of joining the company.
- Willingness to relocate during the program, and/or at the end of the program.
- Leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
- Strong ability to utilize technology to increase new business activity.
- Strong ability to prospect in-person and over the phone, build rapport with prospects and close business.
- Adequate skill with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Maintain a valid driver's license, auto insurance and ability pass a drug and background check.
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings, working on a computer, and performing duties at various customer locations.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and travel when needed.
