Summary
At Thompson Hotel we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences with high-quality food and
outstanding service. Our team is dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that every
detail of their visit is perfect. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations across both of our venues—Bar Julian and Fleeting—by coordinating between the kitchen and the dining area. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Deliver food orders to the appropriate tables in food & beverage outlets efficiently and courteously.
- Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables as needed in both venues.
- Address any guest concerns regarding their food promptly and professionally.
- Return any items from the dining areas of both venues to their proper locations in the kitchen or storage
areas. - Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the kitchen or management team.
- Assist in organizing and restocking supplies as needed in outlets.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food from the kitchen to the dining area.
- Verify that all food items meet the restaurant’s quality standards and presentation specifications before
they are sent out. - Organize and manage tickets to ensure that orders are delivered to the correct tables in a timely manner.
- All other duties as assigned by leadership
