We are seeking eager individuals to join our Entry-Level Trades Exploratory Program, starting on June 2, 2025. This program offers a comprehensive introduction to various trades, providing participants with exposure to different specialties within the company. To successfully perform in this position, the following skills are needed:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in the trades industry
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Demonstrated commitment to learning and a proactive approach to tasks
Duties include:
- Participate in rotational training across different trade disciplines (e.g., electrical, plumbing, low voltage, sheet metal)
- Assist skilled tradespeople in day-to-day tasks and projects to gain practical experience. Some tasks include:
- Wire pulling
- System programming
- Industrial welding/cutting
- Pipe installation
- Learn and adhere to safety protocols and industry standards under supervision
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish project goals and deadlines
