Collaborating with various departments, you’ll manage multiple projects, develop new revenue opportunities, and strengthen relationships with clients and team members alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Cultivate a culture of teamwork within the service team and across departments. Handle hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they meet financial goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with customers, delivering tailored electrical services and solutions.
- Sales & Growth: Drive profitability by recommending and selling electrical modifications, repairs, and replacement services.
- Operational Excellence: Manage scheduling, safety, permits, and quality control for service projects.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare project budgets, review quotes, and ensure timely billing collections in coordination with the credit manager.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in selling and managing electrical service projects (non-residential) from start to finish.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and customers.
- Financial acumen, including proposal preparation and budget management.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn construction-related software.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
