What You’ll Do As An Administrative Assistant
- Executive Support & Communication: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle high-level correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Administrative Operations: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents with accuracy and professionalism.
- Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate executive travel arrangements, process expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Meeting & Event Planning: Organize corporate events, prepare agendas, book venues, handle catering, and ensure smooth execution.
- Confidential File & Data Management: Maintain electronic records, correspondence, and sensitive company documents with discretion.
- Project Coordination: Assist with budgeting, market research, hiring processes, social media initiatives, and corporate responsibility programs.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Support office-wide initiatives, mentor administrative staff, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace.
- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional supporting senior executives.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Concur Travel & Expense, and Yardi preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs and offer strategic solutions.
- Experience coordinating high-level meetings, handling corporate communications, and managing executive calendars.
