What You’ll Do:
- Plan and support events that reflect and elevate our company culture
- Handle event logistics: schedule coordination, vendor management, materials, travel, and on-site support
- Manage ticket programs to enhance engagement.
- Maintain detailed calendars, task lists, and timelines to keep everything on track
- Track event-related budgets, process invoices, and monitor expenses
- Organize meetings: room bookings, catering, A/V setup, guest assistance
- Create event communications, signage, reminders, and post-event follow-ups
- Share live event content on social media to showcase team culture
- Collaborate with internal partners to continuously enhance planning processes
- Provide general administrative support to the Communications and Engagement team
What You Bring:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Experience: 2 years in event planning, employee engagement, or administrative support
- Skills & Strengths:
- Stellar organization and time management
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (event software & social media a plus)
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for culture, community-building, and positive team experiences
- Willingness to work flexible hours for events (including evenings/weekends)
