Your Role as Junior Estimator
As a Junior Estimator , you will be a key contributor to our multifamily projects, supporting the Preconstruction team from schematic design through final turnover to Project Managers. You will assist with budgeting, design, estimating, and bidding processes, ensuring seamless project execution in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Preconstruction Support : Assist in preparing bids, proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Collaboration : Partner with Preconstruction Managers, civil engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver project excellence.
- Project Handoff : Support the transition from preconstruction to construction, ensuring clarity and readiness for execution.
- Industry Expertise : Apply diversified knowledge of construction processes and best practices to drive project success.
- Team Dynamics : Thrive in a team-oriented environment as a proactive, self-motivated professional.
- Additional Responsibilities : Perform other duties as assigned to meet project goals.

Employees must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
