Your Role as Preconstruction Project Engineer
Join our team as a Preconstruction Project Engineer in Indianapolis, IN and play a key role in the success of multifamily construction projects. This role supports projects from schematic design to handoff to our construction teams, focusing on budgeting, estimating, design coordination, and bidding processes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Preconstruction Support: Assist in preparing bids, proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Collaboration: Partner with Preconstruction Managers, civil engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver project excellence.
- Project Handoff: Support the transition from preconstruction to construction, ensuring clarity and readiness for execution.
- Industry Expertise: Apply diversified knowledge of construction processes and best practices to drive project success.
- Team Dynamics: Thrive in a team-oriented environment as a proactive, self-motivated professional.
