Your Role as Office Project Engineer
As an Office Project Engineer, you will support Project Managers in coordinating all aspects of ground-up and tenant finish-out construction. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about construction and eager to grow their careers in multifamily development.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Project Coordination: Schedule and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee punch list management and quality control to maintain project standards.
- Documentation: Handle invoices, budgets, and project-related documents with accuracy.
- Safety Oversight: Assist in ensuring adherence to all safety standards and regulations.
- Financial Management: Review project financials to ensure alignment with budgets and goals.
Our Ideal Candidate for this Role:
- Education: Degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in construction; multifamily construction experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity for multitasking are essential.
Schedule and Travel:
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Travel Requirement: Approximately 30%.
