- Order new inventory units (machines and attachments)
- Manage and control inventory (machines and attachments)
- Invoice all units
- Update used equipment list monthly
- Update and manage Thompson / CRS inventory
- Work with sales representatives to insure customer satisfaction
- Provide liaison support between customer, sales representative, and our suppliers.
- Provide machine pricing, specifications, and availability to Sales Representatives
- Negotiate mutually agreeable settlements on customer complaints
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
