Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and safely. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment and possess the skills necessary to handle various tasks related to inventory management and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and unloading merchandise: Checking incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, unloading trucks, and transporting goods within the warehouse.
- Inventory control: Maintaining accurate inventory records by scanning, logging, and updating stock levels.
- Order picking: Picking and packing items according to customer orders using picking lists and warehouse management systems.
- Shipping: Preparing packages for shipment, including labeling and generating shipping documents.
- Stock organization: Arranging and storing products in designated warehouse locations to optimize space and accessibility.
- Quality control: Identifying and reporting any damaged or defective products.
- Data entry: Recording inventory details and other relevant information into computer systems.
- Emergency / Local Delivery: make parts delivery / pickup routes when needed
- Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Warehouse cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Heavy Lifting: Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Team Work: Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve any issues that arise during operations.
- Safe Work Environment: Follow OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Skills
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean MVR record
- Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and physical
- Proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices within a warehouse setting.
- Experience working in a distribution center or similar environment is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on communication and collaboration with supervisors and colleagues.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
