Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Transactional Tax Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
The successful candidate will bring a working understanding of taxation of entities and owners (especially partnerships and S corps) and real estate.
Qualifications
Exceptional academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school, an active license to practice law in California, and excellent research, analytical, and communication and writing skills.
An LLM in Tax is required.
