Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Water Well Driller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating drilling equipment and ensuring safe and efficient drilling operations. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation, mechanical knowledge.
Duties
- Operate heavy drilling equipment, including water trucks and tankers, to perform drilling tasks.
- Conduct horizontal drilling operations with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, performing routine checks and repairs as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during operations.
- Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and report any issues to supervisors.
- Installation of Wells
- Knowledgeable to diagnose well issues and be able to repair.
Experience
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly in drilling or related fields.
- Familiarity with commercial driving requirements, including operating tankers and water trucks. CDL REQUIRED
- Experience with horizontal drilling techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
- A commitment to safety practices and the ability to work in challenging environments.
