This position will report to the Area Vice President and will be responsible for identifying new business, creating strong relationships that build customer loyalty, and driving new growth for the market. MAJOR JOB DUTIES : Identifies sales leads and qualifies prospects thru cold calling and other methods including driver leads, call ins, and customer referrals. Builds and maintains pipeline of new prospects, closed business, and upcoming installations to meet company objectives. Makes value based presentations to prospective customers with a high level of professionalism. Is responsible for meeting a sales GMD goal and quarterly targets. Work with Area leadership to develop marketing plans and strategy for growth. Maintains key customer relationships. Monitors the new customer installation process to make sure expectations are being met. Ensures customer satisfaction and safety. Responds to Request for Proposals (RFPs) in a timely and accurate fashion. Builds and maintains customer files; power point presentations and follow up letters. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : A Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3-5 years of outside sales experience. SFA - Sales Force Automation Software experience preferred. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, work independently and multi-task. Desire to work for a fast growing company (with demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment). Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
