We are seeking a skilled Service Detailer to join our team at Thompsons Auto Group. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles meet our high standards of quality and appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Preparation: Organize and prepare vehicles on the lot, ensuring they are clean and easily accessible for technicians and customers.
- Quality Control: Ensure all cleaned and detailed vehicles meet Thompsons Auto Group's standards for quality before they are returned to customers.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally greet customers and assist with the vehicle handoff process, ensuring they are satisfied with the condition of their vehicle.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in detailing or automotive cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and, occasionally, customers.
