Servicing Branch Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lawn Care Professional to manage and drive the success of our Somerset branch day to day operations. The ideal candidate will possess independent motivation, dependability and have the ability to be self sufficient. Strong sales experience is highly valued as we offer a generous commission structure to incentivize the growth of our business and your compensation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide service on properties according to the company's Standard Operating Procedure.
• Manage and drive estimates and sales in the Somerset area.
• Maintain knowledge of the properties we service and products we use.
• Foster relationships with clients to enhance sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner to reflect and reinforce the company's positive reputation.
• Collaborate with other branches to streamline processes and improve overall service.

Skills

• Proven experience lawn care application and turf industry.
• Strong understanding turf grasses, products and services provided.
• Excellent leadership and personable abilities to have the ability to lead a team as the branch area grows.
• Proficient in basic math skills for chemical mixing and reporting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff and management.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of the company's services and goals.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
