What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Warehouse Tech 1st shift position at Thomson Plastics, Inc.?
- Verify and record outgoing shipments.
- Complete packing slips and Bills of Lading (BOL) as appropriate.
- Pull all partial skids of parts in-house and place them in the staging area when parts are in production.
- Address and route shipments as directed by the Production Scheduler.
- Operate forklifts to load and transport finished goods in a safe manner.
- Oversee Finished Goods Warehouse Area.
- Place finished goods into warehouse.
- Stage parts for shipment in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Ensure that 5S/housekeeping is good in work area.
- Perform required inspection of forklift daily and record results on the Gas Forklift Operator’s Daily Checksheet.
- Report any unsafe equipment or unsafe acts performed by other employees to the OJT/Safety Supervisor Training and Safety Supervisor or the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Ensure the requirements of the Quality Management System are met.
- Participate in training programs as required.
- Other task as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
