Location : Ideally located in our hub office in Frisco, TX, but would consider remote candidates.
About the Role : In this opportunity you will :
- Lead and manage a team of managers of Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base.
- Monitor and evaluate the team's performance, providing coaching and mentorship to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align the SDR strategy with broader company objectives.
- Create and maintain a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage team performance.
- Provide detailed analysis to inform management decisions.
- Develop training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with HR to recruit high-caliber SDRs and ensure the team is fully staffed.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the SDR team is on board to support marketing and sales efforts.
