Tax Support Representative, US Tax Support

We are looking for a motivated Tax Support Representative to join our Customer Success team. Your knowledge and experience as a Tax Support Representative will make a difference to accounting professionals across the country. Our representatives are fully responsible for handling phone based and customer facing responsibilities. Phone based duties will primarily entail incoming/ outgoing calls and various call campaigns.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Tax Support Representative, you will:
- Provide timely support across a wide range of tax products, as needed, to include inbound phone calls, emails, chat and web submission
- Deliver high quality customer experience on a consistent basis, advocating for the customers
- Efficiently utilize internal resources and execute good time management
- Ensure adherence to departmental processes and procedures
- Assist and collaborate with other internal teams, as needed
- Participate in training projects and deliver on-demand coaching
About You
You're a fit for the role of Tax Support Representative if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance OR CPA license preferred but not required
- Previous experience in US Federal and/or State Tax preparation
- Previous experience with Thomson Reuters tax products, specifically: OneSource Income Tax and/or GoSystems
- Have experience in a customer care support role (tax, technical support or IT Help Desk knowledge is a plus)
- Demonstrate critical thinking and strong customer service skills
- Are available to work varying shifts and/or overtime, as needed
- Demonstrate a high work ethic and ability to be timely, efficient, and reliable
- Demonstrate a customer focus and growth mindset, as well as embrace change

The pay rate that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $30-$35/hr USD
