Thor Motor Coach, the leading manufacturing motorhome manufacturer in North America, is seeking a Parts Representative to join our team in Wakarusa. This position identifies early alert customers that may be in a service center or dealership too long.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly respond to phone calls and emails regarding orders, quotes, and parts issues
- Accurately and efficiently research and process parts sales orders and requests for quotations for all customers. This includes processing unlisted parts requests within 24 hours of receipt
- Update customers on changes in status of their orders or requests for quotes
- Coordinate with Purchasing Agents on expedited orders, status updates, and or cancellations of orders and purchase orders
- Coordinate with Customer Service Specialist to facilitate the expediting of items to dealers with elevated warranty status
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to problem solve and think independently
- Technical ability a plus
- Knowledge of parts procurement process
