Customer Service Admin- Concierge
Thor Motor Coach is seeking a reliable, dependable, and positive Customer Service Admin – Concierge to join our team in Wakarusa, Indiana. This role involves making welcome calls to new RV owners, assisting with document management in the DAX system, and supporting the customer service team with various administrative tasks. Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably some experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn and cross-train in other support functions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform Concierge Calls – welcome calls to new owners
- Assist with scanning and attaching documents in our DAX system
- Perform any other requests assigned by Customer Service Admin Manager
- Many opportunities to learn other critical tasks
- Cross-train across several functions
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School Education
- Excel, Word, and Outlook experience preferred
