Customer Service Admin- Concierge
Thor Motor Coach is currently searching for a Customer Service Support member to join our team in Wakarusa!
Bringing in strong candidates that are looking for an opportunity to be challenged and grow in a highly competitive industry is crucial.
Looking for a RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, and POSITIVE team player to welcome our new owners and assist the customer service team with daily tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities​:
- Perform Concierge Calls - welcome calls to new owners
- Assist with scanning and attaching documents in our DAX system
- Perform any other requests assigned by Customer Service Admin Manager
- Many opportunities to learn other critical tasks
- Cross-train across several functions
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High School Education
- Excel, Word, and Outlook experience a plus, but not required
