What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dealer Support Representative position at THOR Motor Coach?
Thor Motor Coach is hiring a Dealer Support Representative to join our Customer Service team in Wakarusa. This position is the first interaction with our company when trying to obtain assistance with service issues.
Job Responsibilities -
- Respond to phone calls, emails, letters, and other forms of communications from dealers with regards to warranty and/or technical repairs
- Review and process appropriate repairs/repair times for warranty Pre-Authorizations
- Document all correspondence with dealers regarding warranty and/or technical issues
- Provide technical support with our dealers on both TMC product and our vendors products
- When necessary, coordinate and follow up with other Customer Service departments on repair status
- Answer questions and provide technical support to other Customer Service departments
Job Requirements -
- 2 years Customer Service and/or RV repair and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of warranty and repair policies and procedures
- Basic computer skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Ability to problem solve
Pre-employment drug screen required.
