What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at Thor Motor Coach?
Thor Motor Coach is seeking an outgoing, hardworking, detail orientated Service Advisor to join our Wakarusa Service Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with our factory service customers during the repair process. The Service Advisor will keep the customer apprised of the work progress and addresses any questions or concerns that may arise during their visit.
Job Duties:
- Meet and confer with retail customers
- Assist in scheduling customer appointments
- Tracking repairs on customer units in service
- Documenting and maintaining repair records
- Provide excellent overall customer service
Requirements:
- RV experience necessary
- Prior experience as a Service Writer preferred
- Experience dealing with elevated situations
- Great communication and people skills
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Great organizational skills
- Good problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
- Work in both office and outdoor environments
- Wears professional, job appropriate attire in the workplace
Pre-employment drug screen required.
