Customer Relations Specialist
1. Provide quality customer service by answering customers' inquiries promptly.
2. Freight tracking through agents network.
3. Provide quotes to customers and answer pricing inquiries.
4. Prepare reports for management; analyze and manipulate data; participate in new product development.
5. Provide technical support to customers, dispatchers and drivers.
6. Identify operational issues and escalate them to managers; troubleshooting and problem-solving.
7. Participate in various projects by providing administrative support to management
8. Work directly with the upper management on ad hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements:
1. Excellent computer skills/proficiency in MS Office / Google Drive/ ability to learn new software quickly.
2. Ability to operate rates and tariffs / excellent math skills.
3. General technological savviness.
4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
5. College degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics preferred.
6. Ability to multitask and work under pressure; high-stress tolerance.
7. Attention to details is a must.
8. Problem solving and prioritization skills.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
