Job Overview
The general laborer position requires that the qualified applicant will be able to work outside in all year-round climates, able to work nights and weekends when required and shifts lasting longer than 10 hours in a day. Attention to detail and mechanically minded applicants are preferred. Reliable transportation is a requirement. All training is paid and conducted on the job. Knowledge of industry safety standards is a plus but individual will be trained in all requirements, if hired. Qualified applicants will begin as an entry level stabilization technician and potentially be fast tracked to a leadership position as mastery of the training progresses and is demonstrated by the individual. The individual will be required to mix grout in a mechanical mixer, lift cement bags, tend a drilling rig lifting steel pipe and rods, assist in shotcrete operations, install foundation and reinforcing steel elements and job preparation and tear down.
