We are a facilities maintenance company looking for full time Regional Service Coordinators on our Operations Team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor technicians' daily workload in assigned geographical areas to ensure customers' requirements are met
- Handle inbound calls from technicians and offer assistance as required to manage workload
- Handle inbound calls from client dispatch teams to ensure effective coordination of resources and clear communication among teams
- Complete outbound calls to technicians to ensure job status information is up to date and accurate
- Assess daily workload and determine if any adjustments to the resource plan are required, including but not limited to contacting technicians to take additional shifts and or jobs to assist with high workloads
- Create and manage reports, tracking unique bookings, system errors, etc.
- Ensure adherence to client procedural requirements
- Project set up and vendor assignment
- Preparation of scopes/estimates
- Reviewing work orders
- Material procurement
- Data entry of purchase orders, invoicing- vendor compliance and documentation
- Vendor sourcing
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Ability to thrive in a tight deadline environment a must
- Flexibility to oversee simultaneous projects
- Ability to assume on call duties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Experience with Apple technology a plus
- Typing 40 wpm
Education/ Experience
- Associate degree or higher
- This is an entry level position, but experience with dispatch and customer service is a plus.
