About the Client :
Our client is one of the UK's largest Industrial and Commerce companies, operating with a network of over 75 distributors and sourcing products from over 120 suppliers worldwide.
Job Role :
As a Customer Services Executive you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be committed to providing world class customer service at all times.
Pay and Benefits :
- Starting salary of £26,000 - £27,000 per annum.
- 37.5 hours per week - Working a flexible shift pattern that includes a Sunday. (Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Sunday etc)
- 33 days holiday (includes 8 bank holidays)

Responsibilities :
- Be the first point of contact to customers on the telephone, Live Chat and the 3 shared email inboxs.
- Help to resolve queries relating to products, deliveries, damages, missing parts, quotations etc
- Deal confidently with negotiations / discussions with the customer around replacements / returns of damaged goods / goods sent in error etc
- Maintaining continuous contact with customers who have long lead times on deliveries
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; warehouse, finance, marketing
Qualifications / Experience
- Experience in a similar role within an e-commerce environment is essential (industrial, commercial & distribution)
- Strong IT skills (Google Drive) and phone systems (Cisco).
- Experience of working in line with KPIs.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools
- Ability to deal with a variety of daily issues, multi task and prioritise work.
- Methodical with high attention to detail and accuracy.
