Job Type : Permanent, Full-Time Thursday to Monday

Due to a number of new developments kicking off, they have sites in Cambridgeshire and Kings Lynn, so candidates within a 1-hour radius from these locations are encouraged to apply.

Job Duties :
- Engage with potential customers to promote and sell new build housing
- Conduct home viewings and provide information on available properties
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals effectively
- Maintain customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and deadlines

Previous experience in a similar sales role with a housing developer.
