Job Title : Site Manager - Fit Out
Location : Bradford
Thorn Baker has teamed up with a fit out company who have been delivering excellence in all aspects of interior fit out and refurbishment projects since 1969. They are looking for an experienced and hardworking site manager to work on a fit-out and refurbishment projects in the Yorkshire region.

Your Responsibilities :
Overseeing progress of the construction site on a day-to-day basis. Managing and coordinating all fit-out activities on site, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensuring the required safety procedures are followed and meeting the health and safety standards.
Liaising with the project managers on a regular basis and providing detailed reports of the progress on site.
Monitor workmanship and ensure any issues that arise are dealt with in an appropriate manner.
Develop and maintain project timelines to avoid projects overrunning.
Oversee material deliveries, storage and site logistics to maintain efficiency.
Required Skills :
Previous experience in a Site Manager - Fit Out role.
Relevant certifications : SMSTS, CSCS card, 3 / 5 day First aid at work training, Asbestos awareness.
Drivers licence (Preferred).
Good problem-solving skills.
